Stable, clear night. Sequence froze on ACE software; about 1 total hour lost recovering - quick recovery method worked, but this groggy brain just took 20 min to notice it was frozen and took things very slow during recovery. Temp steady at 8.4C all night; focus steady at 423500 for Bessell V.

Combination: Unable to connect to SARA KP (using Radmin), weather issue: 20-35 km/h winds caused Dome Closure:"Domes closed due to Dust/smoke in air" at 2021 NST, Waited an hour after this before filing report. The connection issue may just be Valdosta and our Radmin program. Now we are under a thunderstorm, which was not the case two hours ago. Time here: 12:49 am EDT. I did not open the dome because of the connection issue.

Connection Issues
Time series of CVs. About 4 hours in lost contact with SARATEL. Couldn't reconnect. Shut down observatory. Emailed Todd and Peter.

Time series photometry. Only minor issue was with autoguiding. I was able to connect camera, focus (eventually), and start guiding, but it never stabilized (star faded error when it wandered too far away). I tried twice with same star and result, then gave up since I didn't need guiding. No other problems. Pointing was excellent.

KPNO Domes closed due to dust/smoke, so I did, too. Time series of AM CVn. Focus 419400. Autoguider wasn't connecting, but I forgot to ask for help with that and was too lazy to reboot.
