Autoguiding camera becomes unresponsive if for some reason there is a need to stop and re-start the guiding sequence (e.g. change exp. time, or location), and needs a system reset. Doors ajar at the end, and stacked in Az- A dome az recycle for a couple of minutes solved both.

Guide camera was not relaying information to telescope. Brian logged on and he showed two things to overcome this problem (that I've encountered several times previously): set binning to '2', then set all ROI boxes to '1' and use the "Auto ROI" option. This worked for the rest of the night.
